The Two Cats and the Monkey: A Lesson on the Consequences of Quarreling

How Fighting Over    Something Small Can Lead to Losing Everything

The Story of Two Cats and the Clever Monkey

Body of the Post:

It was a grand festival, and two cats were fighting. One of the cats saw a large cake and meowed loudly. The other cat quickly jumped up and grabbed it.

The first cat said, "Give me the cake! I saw it first."

The second cat replied, "Stay away! I picked it up."

They kept fighting, but there was no solution in sight.

Then, a monkey passed by and thought, "What foolish cats they must be! Let me take advantage of this situation." The monkey came up to them and said in a loud voice, "Stop fighting! Let me share the cake between you both."

The cats agreed, and the cake was handed over to the monkey.

The monkey divided the cake into two parts. Then, he shook his head and said, "Oh! One piece is bigger, and the other is smaller."

He ate from the smaller part first and then continued eating the larger part, finishing the entire cake.

The poor cats were left disappointed, having lost everything due to their quarrel.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

When you quarrel, someone else gains the benefit.
